Project Location: Ranchill Drive, Montoro Drive, Pacora Drive
Scope of Project: This project is an extensive rehabilitation of 3 streets inside Ranchill Estates subdivision. Construction will include the installation of new concrete curb, repairs to storm sewers as well as catch basins, significant full depth repairs to concrete sub-grade, removal of existing asphalt which will allow for resurfacing with 2 ½ inches of new blacktop.
Funding Sources:
  • State Capital Improvement Grant = $526,432.50
  • Township Road Levy = $480,525.75
  • Property Assessment = $45,906.75 (after 10 years of collections, $32.01 per property/year for 10 years)
Status: The Township was recently notified by the State Capital Improvement Program that we will be awarded over $526,000 in grant funding to complete this project. 50% of the funding will be received on July 1st, 2017 with the remaining 50% being awarded on July 1st, 2018.

This project will go out to bid in late fall, 2017.
