The Port is working with Springfield Township to offer qualifying homeowners access to grant funding to make exterior improvements. Learn more about criteria and fill out application below. The Hamilton County Landbank’s Home Repair Program offers funding for resident homeowners to make critical repairs and address code violations. 

Applications are being accepted now and grant awards can be up to $15,000 with no repayment needed. If eligible (check application below) print and fill out the application. Once complete submit directly to the Hamilton County Landbank.
