The CIC Board of Directors has determined that encouraging economic development in Springfield Township requires a strong residential base. Township residents who work in the JEDZ or JEDD territories and businesses which are owned principally (50% or more) by Township residents and which are located in the JEDZ or JEDD territories are eligible for the Residential Incentive Grant.
Residents who paid the earnings tax while working in the JEDZ or JEDD territories can apply for the Residential Incentive Grant by September 2, 2025.
